What happens if I don't pay on time (Pay up to 36 instalments)?

At Zinia, we’re always by your side and we want you to have a stress-free experience with us.

That’s why we will send you several free reminders before your due dates. If you fail to pay any instalment within the corresponding 30-day period, we will send you payment reminders by email and SMS at a cost of €1.20 per reminder sent in each period (maximum of 3 reminders).

Please note that if we still haven’t received your payment after these reminders, your debt might be handed over to a specialist external collection agency, which will charge you its own fees. At this point, you will no longer be able to pay Zinia and will have to contact the agency directly to settle the outstanding debt.
