What happens if I don't pay on time with Flexible Payment?

With Zinia's Flexible Payment option, the monthly instalments will either be automatically debited from your account using the IBAN provided or be charded to your credit card, giving you a stress-free experience. In some cases, other payment methods may be available.

If the payment is returned or cannot be taken, we will try again a few days later. We will always keep you informed by email of any change regarding your payments and, if possible, offer you alternative payment methods.

Don't forget that failing to pay on time may lead to you being charged additional costs, such as having to pay late payment interest or the costs of collecting the debt. Furthermore, your details may be included in creditworthiness files and the entity may declare the loan to be due early. For more details on the consequences of non-payment, please read your agreement.
