We want payments to be convenient and easy, so we offer two different ways to pay:


1. Pay with iDEAL
First of all, you will have to log in to the Zinia app or at the top of this page. Secondly, you will have to click on the button "PAY" that you will find on the details page of each purchase or on the overview of all your purchases. Select the iDEAL option.


2. Pay by bank transfer
It's also possible to pay by bank transfer. The payment details can be found in the user portal (website or app) and in the emails you've received from us. To find the payment details in the user portal, click on the button "PAY" found on the details page of each purchase or the overview of all your purchases. Select the transfer option.


Fill out the order ID in the description field and the total amount when sending the transfer. This allows us to identify your payment. Please also remember to pay each invoice separately with the corresponding order ID so that your payment can be linked to the correct purchase.
Please note that you will be able to make a payment once your purchase has been shipped by the shop where you bought it.
