12.3 Bank of Spain Claims Service

Once the claim has been filed with the Claims and Customer Care Service or with the Customer Ombudsman, if the response has not been satisfactory or a period of one month has elapsed since the claim was filed without having received a response, you may contact the Bank of Spain Claims Service.
