12.3 Bank of Spain Claims Service

Once the claim has been filed with the Claims and Customer Care Service or with the Customer Ombudsman, if the response has not been satisfactory or a period of one month has elapsed since the claim was filed without having received a response, you may contact the Bank of Spain Claims Service. Before submitting your claim to the Claims Service of the Bank of Spain, we remind you that current regulations require customers to demonstrate that they have previously contacted Openbank’s Customer Service Department or the Santander Group’s Consumer Ombudsman, who acts independently with respect to the principles and guidelines that apply in the exercise of their duties.
