I do not recognise this Zinia purchase. What should I do?
Before reporting a purchase as frauduent, check if you selected Zinia at checkout on an online shop. You should also check if you have received any emails from us on or around the date of the purchase. The email from Zinia will specify the online shop where the purchase was made and what items were purchased.
