When does the 14-day payment period start?

At Zinia, we want to make your payments easy and flexible. As such, the 14-day payment period doesn’t start until the online store ships your purchase or until your purchase is confirmed in the case of an in-store purchase. Therefore, you’ll have enough time to receive your items and decide whether or not you want to keep them. In the event of online purchases, once your items have been shipped, we’ll send you an email to let you know and we’ll provide you with your payment due dates and payment instructions. In the event of in-store purchases, the 14-day payment period starts on confirmation of the purchase.
