If you paid by bank transfer, please bear in mind that:

  • Bank transfers may take 1-2 business days.

 Please allow a few days for your bank transfer to be registered in our systems.

  • Always use the correct payment information such as your order ID. Zinia can only register your payment if you use the correct information as provided. Please include the exact amount and the order ID, and don't forget to pay for each order separately.
  • Check if your payment was refunded .

If Zinia can not identify your payment due to incorrect information, we will decline and refund your payment. If you have received a refund from Zinia, please make sure to pay again immediately with the right order ID and amount.
