This issue may be due to the time it takes to receive bank transfers. If you’ve paid by bank transfer, please bear in mind that it usually takes around 2-5 days to be processed and registered. As such, your payment may still be pending registration in our system. This is why you may have received a reminder for a payment you’ve already made. If that is the case, you can forget about the reminder.

Please allow a few days for your bank transfer to be registered in our systems. Once we receive the transfer, we’ll send you a confirmation by email and update the payment status in your account.
