I partially cancelled my order, but my account still shows I need to make a full payment. What should I do?
A cancellation is first processed by the shop. After that, they will inform us and we will update the payment in your account accordingly. This means that the update does not happen automatically and there may be a few days' difference between the cancellation and the update of your payment status. We'll notify you as soon as it has been updated.
Is the payment date approaching and you have completely cancelled your purchase? Don't worry, you don't have to pay for something you don't want to keep.
