If you want to cancel a part or all of your order, just follow these steps:

1. Follow the cancellation instructions of the online or physical store.

Cancellation is subject to the cancellation policy of the store, so please check its website or contact it directly for information on its policy and instructions.

2. Check your Zinia account for updates.

Once the store has confirmed the cancellation, we’ll update your payment and make the corresponding refund, if applicable. Please note that refunds usually take around 5 business days to process. However, on occasions they may take up to 14 days.
