At Zinia, we’re always by your side and we want you to have a stress-free experience with us

As such, we’ll send you several reminders before your payment due date. If you fail to pay within the 30-day period, we will send you payment reminders by email and SMS, that might have a cost of €1.20 per reminder sent (maximum of 3 charged reminders).

Please note that if we still haven’t received your payment after these reminders, your debt will be handed over to a specialist collection agency, which will charge you its own fees. At this point, you will no longer be able to pay Zinia and will have to contact the agency directly to settle the outstanding debt.
