The most convenient and easiest way to pay for your purchase is to log in to the Zinia app or, from the top of this page, go to the details page of the order you want to pay for. Click on the "PAY" button and decide if you want to pay by transfer or using iDEAL.

Please note that this button will only be enabled once your order has been shipped.

Another reason why the details page of an unpaid purchase might not include a "PAY" button is that we did not receive payment during the four previous payment periods and your invoice was transferred to an external collection agency. If this is the case, you will find the contact details of the collection agency in the details of the purchase.
