My direct debit payment was not registered. What should I do?
If you paid by direct debit, please bear in mind the following:
- It might take up to 2 days for this kind of payment to show up in your account.
- Recurring payments for your order will be processed automatically.
- We will inform you in advance by email when we’re going to process your payment so that you can make sure you have enough money in your account.
- If we’re unable to process your payment for any reason, we’ll notify you and we’ll try again in the following days.
- If you want to change your IBAN you can update your details in the My Zinia section in your account.
