Why was my payment not debited automatically?
Your payment may not have been automatically debited due to the following reasons:
1. Order not linked to a mandate
If your order is not linked to an active direct debit mandate, Zinia does not have the authorisation to automatically debit funds from your bank account. Make sure you have created a direct debit mandate linked to your bank account and associate it with your orders in the "Order details" section.
2. Early payments have been made
If you’ve made an early payment that is either equal to or more than the order or instalment amount, the automatic payment will not triggered.
For example, if you pay the second instalment early by means of bank transfer, the second direct debit will be skipped. However, on the same due date the following month, the mandate will resume and the third instalment will be automatically paid by direct debit.
