This probably has to do with the time it takes to receive transfers. If you paid with a transfer, please take into account that it might take 1-2 days to be processed and registered. As a result, you may have sent your transfer but we haven't registered it in our systems yet. This explains why we might have sent you a reminder for an order that has already been paid. If this is the case, don't worry about the reminder!

Please allow a few days for your bank transfer to be registered in our systems. Once we receive the transfer, we will send you a confirmation by email and we will update the status of your purchase in the user portal.
