If there’s an issue with your purchase, just follow these steps:

1. Contact the store where you made the purchase.

Only the store can provide information about your order and make any adjustments if necessary.

2. Check your account on the Zinia app or website for updates.

If the store has updated your order details (e.g., due to a return), we’ll update your payment details and refund any difference. Please note that refunds usually take around 5 business days to process. However, on occasions they may take up to 14 days.

If after speaking to the store the issue hasn’t been resolved, please contact us to open a dispute.
