I cancelled my complete order, but my account still shows I have to make a payment. What do I need to do?
A cancellation will first be processed by the shop. After that, they will inform us and we will update the payment in your account accordingly. This means that the update does not happen automatically and there may be a few days' difference between the cancellation and the update of your payment status. We will notify you as soon as it has been updated.
Is the payment date approaching but you completely cancelled your order? Don't worry, you don't have to pay for something you don't want to keep.
