How and when will I receive my refund?

Returned orders are first processed by the online shop. Afterwards, it informs us and we update the payment in your account. Therefore, it may take a while before you have the money back in your bank account. Usually, you will receive the refund within 5 business days, but in rare cases it can take up to 14 business days.
