With Zinia, you don’t need to pay for something you don’t want to keep – sounds good, right? If you want to return a part of your order, here’s what you’ll need to do:

1. Follow the return instructions of the online or physical store.

To return an order, you need to follow the returns policy and instructions of the store. So, check its website for information and instructions on how to return the order and the corresponding timeframes.

2. Save the tracking details.

If you’re given a tracking number, keep it safe until the order has been returned.

3. Check your Zinia account for updates.

Once the online or physical store has confirmed the return, we’ll update your payment and refund the amount, where applicable. Please note that refunds usually take around 5 business days to process using the original payment method. However, on occasions they may take up to 14 days.
