I have partially returned my order, but my account still shows that I need to make a full payment. What should I do?
Returns are first processed by the online shop. After that, they inform us so that we can update the payment in your account. This means that the update does not happen automatically and there may be a few days difference between the return shipment and the update of your payment status. We will notify you as soon as we update the payment status.
Is the payment date approaching and did you (partially) return your purchase? Don't worry, you don't have to pay for something you don't want to keep.
